Purpose:
Module 3 introduces the tools you’ll use to measure your own skillset: the Community On Demand Future Ready SkillCard system, it’s six achievement domains, and thesSkills self-assessment worksheet.
📖 Overview
What you’re building in Module 3 is an honest, personal picture of the skills you already have and those you don’t have yet. Module 3 has three parts:
- Intro to the Community On Demand Future Ready Skillcard Deck and the Six Achievement Domains.
- The Anatomy of a SkillCard and how to use them
- How to use the Skills Self-Assessment Worksheet
🎓 Learning Objectives
By the end of Module 3, you will be able to:
- Name all six Achievement Domains and identify each one’s color and core focus
- Read a SkillCard accurately: Contribution Value, Achievement Domain, and one-sentence description
- Explain, what the Skillcoin Rewards split represents
- Complete your first Skills Self-Assessment
- Select a real example of someone with a strong skillset in one domain and identify which Achievement Domain best matches it
- Submit your third Discussion Post that compares your own achievement domain totals and the domain they matched to their chosen example
